Co-pays, Co-insurance, and self-pay charges are due at the time of service. All insurance benefits, deductibles, charges, and fees are the client’s responsibility to understand.  We recommend clients obtain specific information from their carrier regarding insurance coverage.

If your insurance is not on the list above, you may contact your carrier to inquire about out of network benefits and cost to you.  Any unpaid balances for services rendered are the responsibility of the client or guardian.

Important Documentation

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
