Megan has experience treating anxiety and depression. She uses techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist, Megan works with individuals during pregnancy and/or postpartum supporting clients who have experienced pregnancy loss or pregnancy after loss.
